My Thoughts on Fishing the Gatti Rod: The rod fishes delicately but with graceful power.  I'm so used to heavier/stiffer rods that don't have fast-action that I had to alter my timing .. the Gatti puts the fly back and loads it quicker so I had to speed up my timing of coming forward.  I also found that it takes much less energy on the forward cast.  Between being lighter and more efficient, I was not nearly as arm-weary at the end of the day.
